Sales' rules

Terms of the "Outlet for PLN 9.90" promotion in stationary stores and in the store www.neonail.pl

§ 1. General provisions

  1. The organizer of the promotion under the name "Outlet for PLN 9.90" (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is Cosmo Group Sp. Zoo. Sp. komandytowa with its registered office in Poznań at ul. Jasielska 10a, 60 - 476 Poznań, entry in the commercial register of the National Court Register by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number: 0000437232, NIP: 9721241158, REGON: 302250849, welcomed with the NEONAIL sign and store Internet available at: www.neonail.pl (hereinafter: the Organizer).
  2. The promotion is aimed at promoting products and increasing the attractiveness of comparative purchases from the Organizer, thus contributing to development or taking advantage of the offer by the Organizer with sales.
  3. It contains the Regulations governing the rules of participation in the Promotion and constitutes a modification of the Regulations Online Store www.neonail.pl to the extent that in any case the Customer will be subject to purchase transactions via the online store.
  4. The promotion is addressed only to natural persons living in Poland and who are consumers within the meaning of the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1025, as amended).

§ 2. Promotion Rules

  1. Promotion duration: from 16/09/2019 at 9.00 to 29.09.2019 23:59 or until the range covered by the promotion is exhausted, depending on which event occurs first.
  2. Places where you can take advantage of the Promotion:

a)      stationary own NEONAIL sales outlets,

b)     stationary franchise sales points operating under the NEONAIL brand,

c)      online store www.neonail.pl,

3. Each Customer who during the Promotion period indicated in § 2 para. 1 of the Regulations, will purchase hybrid varnishes in the Outlet category, created in the places indicated in § 2 para. 2 Regulations, will be able to purchase products covered by the Promotion, at a price of PLN 9.90 for one hybrid varnish.

4. Throughout the Promotion, the Organizer will update the list of products in the Outlet category that may differ depending on the place where the Customer wants to take advantage of the Promotion. Information about the range of products in the Outlet category can be obtained by the customer at the selected sales point. 

5. In order to take advantage of the Promotion and obtain the right to purchase the products covered by the Promotion for the price of 9.90 PLN, via the online store www.neonail.pl, the Customer will be required to place an order by adding at least one hybrid varnish to the basket, located in Outlet category on the online store www.neonail.pl. Important - for the Customer to be able to purchase products at a promotional price of PLN 9.90 for a hybrid varnish, the order placed by the Customer must be completed and confirmed within the period specified in § 2 paragraph 1 of the Regulations by clicking "Buy and pay" in the online store www.neonail.pl.

6. In order to take advantage of the Promotion and obtain the right to purchase the products covered by the Promotion for the price of PLN 9.90, through the places indicated in § 2 para. 1 lit. a) and b) of the Regulations, the Customer will be required to purchase any hybrid varnish found in products in the "Outlet" category at the given point of sale. The price of the hybrid varnish covered by the promotion will be reduced to PLN 9.90.

7. In places in convicts in § 2 para. 1 lit. a) and b), the Organizer, as an Outlet, will create a special exhibition place for hybrid varnishes covered by the Promotion.

8. As part of the Promotion, the Organizer creates a special Outlet category, which will contain full-fledged products, which, however, have flaws that do not affect the safety of their use, e.g. short shelf-life, incorrect labels.

9. The promotion has no shopping restriction, i.e. one customer may join the Promotion multiple times, each time meeting the promotion conditions specified in § 2 para. 3. - 8. Regulations.

10. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.

§ 3. Final Provisions

  1. The regulations of the promotion are available at all stationary sales points and in the store www.neonail.pl.
  2. NEONAIL reserves the right to change the regulations when the need to change it results from factors beyond the control of NEONAIL. The changes will be published by posting on the website indicated in paragraph 1, amended regulations of the promotion.
  3. The rules for dealing with complaints about products purchased as part of the Promotion and received as an award are set out in the Regulations of the Online Store, available at www.neonail.pl.
  4. In matters not covered in these regulations, the relevant provisions of the Regulations of the Online Store www.neonail.pl and generally applicable law shall apply.
