You can use the Cat Eye UV gel polishes from the Glacial Glow collection in two ways to achieve beautiful, unique effects:

  • Metallic Cat Eye Effect – Get the metallic effect by applying the polish to the nail plate, then curing it under a UV/LED lamp as per the curing timetable. For deeper color, you can apply a second layer. Be sure to roll the bottle between your hands before each application to evenly distribute the metallic particles.
  • Velvet Cat Eye Effect – You can also use a dedicated magnet, such as the Cat Eye Magnet 5in1 from the Glacial Glow collection, to create beautiful patterns on your nails, depending on the chosen magnet shape.

Application

Classic finish
1. Gently mattify the nails with a buffer, remove any dust and wipe with Cleaner.
2. Apply a thin layer of HARD BASE and cure in LED/UV lamp according to the table.
3.  Apply a layer of UV gel polish in choosen color and cure in LED/UV lamp according to the table (the darker color, the longest curing time). Repeat this step to receive more intense color.
4. Apply a layer of HARD TOP to make it super glossy and to secure the stylisation.
5. Cure in LED/ UV lamp according to the table and remove any dust and wipe with Cleaner.
Cat Eye Metallic effect:
1. Gently mattify the nails with a buffer, remove any dust and wipe with Cleaner.
2. Apply a thin layer of HARD BASE and cure in LED/UV lamp according to the table.
3. Before using the UV gel polish, rotate the bottle in your hands (so that the metal dust is evenly distributed in the bottle) then apply a very thin layer of the chosen colour to the nail and cure in a lamp according to the table. Repeat the process for a deeper colour.
4. Apply a layer of HARD TOP to make it super glossy and to secure the stylisation.
5. Cure in LED/ UV lamp according to the table and wipe with Cleaner.
Cat Eye Velvet effect:
1. Gently mattify the nails with a buffer, remove any dust and wipe with Cleaner.
2. Apply a thin layer of HARD BASE and cure in LED/UV lamp according to the table.
3. Before using the UV gel polish, rotate the bottle in your hands (so that the metal dust is evenly distributed in the bottle) then apply a very thin layer of the chosen colour to the nail, apply the magnet vertically at a distance of approx. 5mm from the free edge of the nail and then cure in a LED/UV lamp according to the table. Repeat for colour depth.
4. Apply a layer of HARD TOP to make it super glossy and to secure the stylisation.
5. Cure in LED/ UV lamp according to the table and wipe with Cleaner.
