I. Order performance time


Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed from 1 to 4 business days (from the moment confirmation is received).

Order and pay by 12:00 on business days, and the package will be sent on the same day. Service available on selected days. Information on the availability of the service will be visible on the product card / when placing the order.

Please note, that the date of delivery = order performance time + shipping time.

Shipments are delivered on working days in Poland (or other European countries) via:

  • DPD courier company
  • Polish Post Office
  • In Post delivery stations

We make every effort so that you can enjoy the purchased goods as soon as possible, which is why the SHIPPING TIME of the order is given individually. It is located on each product card, just below the CART. Please read it carefully before ordering

In case of non-standard orders or temporary shortages, the delivery time may be longer. In each such case, customers are informed by phone or e-mail. The lead time may also be slightly longer in the pre-Christmas periods. Implementation means the process from the moment the order is placed until the courier receives the parcel and applies to working days.

II. Payments can be made as follows:

a) Fast transfer - an electronic bank transfer via the DotPay external payment system. DotPay.

Applies to shipments with the choice of: parcel machines, couriers DPD, Polish Post Office

Electronic transfers are divided into:

  • credit cards,
  • One Click Blik
  • fast transfers (including Blik),
  • online transfers,
  • electronic purses,
  • cash payments:

    - Bank transfer / Bank transfer, e.g. Poczta Polska,
    - pay in Żabka or Freshmarket,
    - VIA - My Accounts,
    - Polish currency exchange office.


b) Standard transfer

IN THE TITLE OF THE TRANSFER, PLEASE ENTER THE ORDER NUMBER AND DOTPAY TRANSACTION NUMBER

Bank transfer to Dotpay account.

III. Shipping cost in Poland

The amount corresponding to the method of shipment chosen by the Customer is added to the value of the order.

The customer who has chosen the option of payment by bank transfer is obliged to pay the fee for the order placed within 3 working days from the date of submission (or informing the Store about the need to extend the time allowed for making the payment). If the fee is not paid within the given period, the order will be deleted. Shipments paid for by bank transfer are carried out after receiving the authorization of the bank or platnosci.pl.

For orders over PLN 150.00 (up to 30kg) – shipping is FREE OF CHARGE (within Poland)

The promotion does not apply during the promotion of free shipments and parcels over 30kg.

IV. Courier service - DPD

Delivery time by courier - up to 48 hours from the moment we send the package.
Usually it is served overnight.

For a courier to deliver a parcel, a person authorized to collect the package must be present at home.

You can specify the approximate delivery time between 10:00 - 17:00.

In the absence of the addressee, you can pick up the parcel in person at the nearest branch of the DPD company (depending on the supplier chosen), or order another delivery to your address.The next delivery referred to in the previous sentence is carried out free of charge.It happens that the courier calls the recipient to collect the package, but it depends on the courier and whether the buyer gave the sender „NEONAIL" a phone number.

The deadline for collecting the parcel is 3 days and its running begins on the day following the notification of the parcel.

The package is insured up to 5000 zł.

V. Cash on delivery. DPD (PAYMENT ON COLLECTION)

Delivery time by courier - up to 48 hours from the moment we send the package
Usually it is served overnight.

For a courier to deliver a parcel, a person authorized to collect the package must be present at home.

Payment is made at the courier on delivery (you can open and check the package before payment).

You can specify the approximate delivery time between 10:00 -17:00.

In the absence of the addressee, you can pickup the parcel in person at the nearest branch of the DPD company (depending on the supplier selected), or order another delivery to your address. The next delivery referred to in the previous sentence is carried out free of charge. It happens that the courier calls the recipient to collect the package, but it depends on the courier and whether the buyer gave the sender „NEONAIL" a telephone number

The deadline for collecting the parcel is 3 days and its running begins on the day following the notification of the parcel. The lack of an advice notice does not mean that there is no attempt to deliver the package.

The package is insured up to 5000 zl.

NOTE! The delivery courier is only valid in Poland!

VII. How to proceed if the ordered product is not delivered or is damaged?

If it happens that after receiving the goods you discover any technical defects in it or that it was mechanically damaged during delivery, please inform us as soon as possible.

If you notice that the package is damaged, please open the parcel in the presence of the courier and write the reportand inform us about it
